- Check-in Time: According to international hotel standards, especially in Europe, check-in is typically at 3:00 PM. * If you arrive earlier, the room may not be ready as it might still be under cleaning. You can rest in the hotel lobby or leave your luggage at the front desk while exploring the area. Return at 3:00 PM to check in. Thank you for your understanding.
- Air Conditioning in European Hotels: Due to the strong environmental awareness in Europe and the climate, many hotels do not have air conditioning. This is not a reflection of substandard facilities but rather a common practice in Europe. Thank you for your understanding.

[How to Transfer Lines]
Transferring lines is very simple because we have already planned for buses from both lines to arrive at the same location at the same time.Typically, when a participantneeds to transfer lines, it means they are already part of inone of the lines(i.e., they have already joined the tour). This ensures that the participant is on one of the buses. Please reassure participants: there’sno need to worry about transferring lines. At the designated meeting point, buses from both lines will naturally come together. The guide will inform participants when it’s time to transfer (i.e., switch buses). The guides from both buses will coordinate with each other, and the only thing participants need to do is carry their own luggage and followinstructions to board the other bus.
[Bus Guidelines]
1. Tour Group Size:
Our tours typically use large buses with approximately 48 participants per group/bus under normal circumstances.
2. Onboard Restrooms:
* While the bus is equipped with a restroom, its use is not recommended due to strong odours in hot weather and the risk of accidents when passengers stand while the bus is moving.
* Drivers adhere to European regulations, ensuring the bus stops at rest areas every 2 hours for a 15-minute break. Rest assured, there will always be opportunities to use a restroom.
3. Rest Stops:
* Each stop is at a rest station near a fuel station.* Clear restroom signs are located at the entrance of these rest stations, which are designed for international travelers. Guests will have no trouble finding the facilities.
4. Bus Stops and Insurance Rules:
* Drivers strictly follow the itinerary and schedule provided by the travel agency.
* Due to insurance policies, buses cannot stop at non-designated locations.
5. Proximity to Attractions:
* Most attractions do not permit tourist buses to park nearby, and buses must park in designated areas outside the attractions.* To reduce walking time and effort, guides may arrange with the driver to drop off passengers closer to the attractions when possible.
* Passengers must return to the designated drop-off point on time. If passengers are late, drivers may face fines, which could affect future cooperation between the guide and driver, ultimately impacting the group's schedule.
6. Prepare Phones and Chargers:
Guests should bring their mobile phones and chargers to ensure communicationwith the guide in case of unexpected situations, such as getting lost.[Hotel Guidelines]
1. Amenities Provided:
Due to Europe’s environmental focus, most hotels provide only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and combs are not included, so please bring your own.
2. Room Size and Occupancy:
* European hotel rooms are generally small, and a room for 2 adults and 2 children will be very cramped.
* For a twin room, typically 2 people are accommodated.
* If 2 adults and 1 child (aged 2–11) are traveling, the child is charged at a child rate and does not occupy a separate bed, sharing the room with the two adults.
* For 2 adults and 2 children, the group is charged as 4 adults, with each adult and child assigned to separate rooms (1 adult + 1 child per room). If the child occupies a bed, they are charged the adult rate.
3. Triple Rooms:
* Due to limited space, hotels typically do not offer standard triple rooms. Instead, a triple room is usually a twin room with an extra temporary bed (which could be a foldable bed or sofa bed).
* These temporary beds are not as comfortable as standard beds. We do not recommend three adults sharing one room. This setup is only suggested if one of the three is a child (aged 2–11) needing care.
4. Recommendations for Groups of Three:
* For three travellers, we suggest the following options:
A) Two people share a twin room, and one person pays the single supplement for a single room.
B) Choose for room-sharing (no additional single supplement).5. Wi-Fi Access:
Most European hotels provide Wi-Fi, but in some cases, it may be subject to additional charges.
6. Drinking Water and Kettles:
* In most parts of Europe, tap water is safe for drinking. However, due to cultural differences (as Europeans primarily drink tap water), hotel rooms often do not provide kettles. * Guests may bring their own kettle or request hot water via room service, though this may incur additional charges.
7. Hotel standard: 3-4 star hotel accommodation (Booking.com 7.5-8.5 rating), based on sharedtwin room with continental breakfast (Continental breakfast: coffee/tea, juice, bread and jam).
**GUARANTEED UPGRADES** Each (7 days) circular tour will have 2 nights at the hotel upgrade to 4 starts
[Schengen VisaInformation]
1. Schengen Visa Requirement:
For participating in the "Brown Line" or "Summer Orange Line" tours, you will need a Multiple-entry Schengen Visa.
2. Schengen Visa Restrictions:
Once you arrive in Europe with a Schengen Visa, you cannot apply for a UK or US visa. You must apply for those visas in your home country.
3. For Mainland China Passport Holders:
Holding a Schengen Visa or European residence does not allow entry into the UK or USA. You must apply for separate visas for those countries.4. Booking and Schengen Visa:
During peak seasons, tours will likely be fully booked. It is recommended that you pay a 30% deposit to secure your spot.
If you receive a rejection notice for your Schengen Visa application, you can get a full refund if you provide the rejection notice before 15 days of departure (excluding non-tour-specific hotel bookings).
5. Countries Covered by Schengen Visa:
The Schengen Visa allows access to many countries. You must apply for those visas in your home country.
Note: Visa requirements for various countries are subject to change. Please confirm with the relevant country's overseas embassy, consulate or representative office before departure. Relevant entry regulations are still subject to the latest announcement by the government of the country of entry.
[Tour Disbanding Locations]
* The disbanding times for the return journey will be provided in the ◆ Drop-off points list. This is for the convenience of arranging your return transportation.
* Please note: These times are for reference only, and any delays should not be disputed. The exact disbanding time and location will depend on the traffic conditions of the day.
* Our guide will inform guests of the estimated time and location of arrival. If you have family or friends picking you up, please notify them about the situation based on the actual circumstances at the time.
