1. When registering, please fill in your email address and mobile phone number truthfully for future replies and confirmation purposes.
2. Without GEG confirmation, bookings areinvalid. Please purchase flight tickets only after receiving booking confirmation.
3. Tour vouchers must be issued by GEG, ifagents use their own voucher with additional information or terms, GEG reserves all rights to decline responsibility.
4. We do not provide any transportation arrangements (such as flights) forparticipants to travel to the tour country. The company is not responsible for any transportation delays or incidents before joining the tour.
5. The "Tour Vouch" contains the relevant information for the departure tour, including the "Emergency Phone Number". Please bring it with you. You must show it for verification when boarding the bus.

Iceland Clothing Guide(Prioritize warmth, windproofness, rainproofness, and lightweight clothing): Iceland has a high-latitude maritime climate with changeable weather and strong winds, especially in autumn and winter when storms and rain/snow are common, and the perceived temperature can drop rapidly to below freezing. To ensure a comfortable and safe trip, please be sure to prepare for full-body warmth and waterproofing. ① Clothing Recommendations: First layer: Baselayer (lightweight thermal underwear or ski-drying inner layer); Second layer: Mid-layer (fleece jacket + lightweight down liner); Third layer: Outer protective layer (down jacket or waterproof/windproof soft/hardshell jacket,ski suit; Important: Outerwear must be windproof and waterproof, and allow for ample layering space. Brightly colored clothing looks better in Iceland.) ② Accessories (essential): Hat and scarf: toreduce head and neck chill; Gloves: essential for wind protection and warmth; Sunglasses/glasses: to reduce glare from snow and wind damage to the eyes. ③ Footwear: Mid- to high-top hiking boots arerecommended: warm, waterproof, and slip-resistant, effectively protecting ankles. Avoid ordinary sneakers in winter to prevent water ingress or slipping on ice.
6. Swimsuit: Swimsuits arerequired for the Blue Lagoon. Some hotels offer free public hot tubs (similar to small hot springs). If you plan to use the hot springs, please bring your own swimsuit and flip-flops.
7. Our company arrangesprofessional Mandarin-speaking tour guides to provide Chinese-language explanations and communication throughout the trip. However, the guides do not provide guided tours inside attractions. For some attractions, a paid guided tour by a licensed local guide is required, subject to the guide's on-site arrangements.
8. Most hotels in Icelandrequire you to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. The local adapter plug type is the European standard two-prong round plug.
9. Optional Activities:These are all personal activities. Please choose carefully based on your own circumstances; the company is not responsible for any liability or risk. Note: Optional activities in Iceland are subject to weather and other unforeseen circumstances and may not be able to proceed as scheduled. Actual arrangements will be based on the guide's assessment and the on-site safety conditions. Please understand and be aware of this.
10. Regarding optionalactivities in the Iceland itinerary: Registration is subject to on-site confirmation. Early registration does not guarantee success. Early registration will allow us to reserve a spot in advance, increasing the chances of success. (Some programs are not suitable for guests under 6 years old, those with a fear of heights, asthma, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, panic disorder, or other cardiovascular conditions.)
11. The official currencyof Iceland is the Icelandic Krona (ISK). Euros/USD are accepted in some areas, but the exchange rate is unfavorable. ISK can be exchanged at the airport or on the first day with the help of your tour guide.
12. A credit card(Visa/Mastercard) is essential. Most local shops, restaurants, convenience stores, public transportation, and taxis accept credit card payments, including public restrooms. (If you have a credit card, you don't need to bring Icelandic
    Krona cash.)
13. You don't need to carrya large amount of cash. Excluding optional programs, 200-300 Euros per person is recommended (depending on your budget).
14. Icelandic specialties:Lobster bisque, Icelandic lamb soup, Skyr yogurt, Arctic salmon, seafood dishes, etc.; you can choose according to your personal taste.
15. Common Icelandicsouvenirs: Volcanic lava products, wool blankets and scarves, Viking-themed souvenirs, Blue Lagoon skincare products, geothermal salt, Icelandic dark beer, etc.
16. Important Message: Oneweek before departure, we will again notify group members of the tour guide's information and hotel address via email.
17. Recommendation:Purchase mobile data in advance so you can contact the tour guide in emergencies (such as getting lost).
18. Iceland's uniquegeographical location and spectacular scenery make its weather highly changeable. For safety reasons, experienced tour guides will adjust the itinerary according to actual weather conditions (in extreme weather, some
    attractions may be cancelled to ensure the safety of guests) to ensure the smooth running of the trip. Your understanding is appreciated.
19. Seeing the NorthernLights is a natural phenomenon of probability and is greatly affected by weather; we will assist in observing opportunities, but cannot guarantee that you will see it.

21. This tour is based on a2-person group. Single travelers need to pay the difference and stay in a basic single room. We cannot guarantee that single travelers can share a room.

In order to make the journey more fulfilling and exciting, some of theattractions and programs along the way are listed as below. To facilitate tour members in managing their budgets more easily, pleases see the following prices of some major attractions, dining fees, and suggested self-paid programs for reference.

Tour members can decide whether to participate inmeals, attractions, or self-paid programs according to their personal preferences. It is not compulsory to attend the optional activities, however, each person must pay a total of € 10 EUR as tips for the guide and driver per day. The ticket prices for attractions are for reference only and the actual ticket prices at the official site of the attraction will prevail. Please pay in cash to the guide according to the price list.
