1. When registering, please fill in your email address and mobile phone number truthfully for future replies and confirmation purposes.
2. Without GEG confirmation, bookings areinvalid. Please purchase flight tickets only after receiving booking confirmation.
3. Tour vouchers must be issued by GEG, ifagents use their own voucher with additional information or terms, GEG reserves all rights to decline responsibility.
4. We do not provide any transportation arrangements (such as flights) forparticipants to travel to the tour country. The company is not responsible for any transportation delays or incidents before joining the tour.
5. The "Tour Vouch" contains the relevant information for the departure tour, including the "Emergency Phone Number". Please bring it with you. You must show it for verification when boarding the bus.

4. Most hotels in Turkeyrequire you to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, slippers, and kettle; local plugs are European standard two-prong round plugs.
5. Turkey has a large temperature differencebetween day and night; even in summer, it is recommended to bring a thick coat, swimwear, slippers, sunscreen, and a headscarf or scarf.
6. Optional Activities (at Your Own Cost):Participants may voluntarily participate in potentially dangerous activities
   included in the official tour itinerary, such as rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, hot air ballooning, 4x4 driving, camel riding, etc. Any disputes, property losses, or personal injury arising from such activities will be the sole responsibility of the participant, and our company will not be liable. All optional activities are personal endeavors; participants are advised to choose carefully and to purchase personal travel insurance in advance.
7. Note: Hot air balloon flights are not guaranteedand depend entirely on weather conditions. A full refund will be issued if the flight is cancelled.
8. Regarding optional activities in the Turkeyitinerary: Early registration does not guarantee successful booking. Early
   registration allows us to reserve seats in advance, increasing the chances of success. (Some tours are not suitable for guests under 1.1 meters tall, those with a fear of heights, asthma, high/low blood pressure, or other medical conditions.)
9. The official currency is the Turkish Lira (TRY).Some tourist areas accept Euros/USD, but the exchange rate is unfavorable. It is recommended to exchange for Lira or use a credit card (Visa/Mastercard). You can exchange Lira at the airport or ask your tour guide for assistance on the first day of the tour.
10. Both men and women must dress appropriatelywhen entering a mosque – covering shoulders, knees, and hair (women are advised to bring a headscarf or scarf). Loose clothing is recommended; avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, or tight-fitting clothing.
11. Turkish tour guides are all locals and areprofessionally certified Mandarin-speaking guides. All explanations and
    communication during the tour will be conducted in Mandarin.
12. Important Information: One week beforedeparture, we will again notify tour members of the tour guide information and
    hotel address via email.
13. Recommendation: Purchase mobile data in advanceso that you can contact the tour guide in case of emergencies (such as getting lost).
14. This tour is based on a minimum of 2participants. Solo travelers must pay the difference in fare and stay in a
    basic single room in advance. Room sharing is not guaranteed for single travelers.

Tour members can decide whether to participate inmeals, attractions, or self-paid programs according to their personal preferences. It is not compulsory to attend the optional activities, however, each person must pay a total of € 10 EUR as tips for the guide and driver per day. The ticket prices for attractions are for reference only and the actual ticket prices at the official site of the attraction will prevail.
