Day 1: Amsterdam→Het Scheepvaartmuseum→Heineken Experience→Keukenhof→Amsterdam
On this day, Driver Guide greeted and picked up the travelers at the airport. The "Het Scheepvaartmuseum" showcases the glorious maritime history of the Netherlands during the Golden Age of the 17th century. The "Heineken Experience" is where Heineken beer was first produced in 1864, and the original brewery has now been transformed into an experience center open to visitors
Day 2:Amsterdam→ZaanseSchans→Afsluitdijk→Giethoorn→Apeldoorn
After breakfast at the hotel, the travelers visited the "Zaanse Schans" village, which features several windmills, a traditional clog factory, and a cheese factory, and is a typical Dutch small village. The "Afsluitdijk" is a large dam that is 90 meters wide and 7 meters above sea level. Other than the Great Wall of China, it is the only man-made structure visible from space. The "Giethoorn" village, also known as the "Green Venice," is named after the large number of wild goat horns accidentally discovered by its ancestors while digging for peat. The artificial river channels created by human excavation have led to the water landscape we see today.
Day 3:Apeldoorn→Roermond→Vaals→Maastricht
After breakfast at the hotel, the travelers visited "Roermond," a city with numerous international brand stores, all of which offer discounted products. "Vaals" is the highest point in the Netherlands and located at the intersection of the borders of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, providing views of all three countries. In "Maastricht," the EU member states signed the important "Maastricht Treaty" in 1991, which was the foundation of the European Union
Day 4:Maastricht→Nuenen→Eindhoven→Rotterdam
Breakfast at the hotel. "Nuenen": The famous Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh lived here from 1883 to 1885 and painted many works here. "Eindhoven": Birthplace of the Philips electronics empire and home city of the Dutch champion football club PSV. "Rotterdam": Recently ranked 5th in Lonely Planet's list of the world's most worth-visiting cities. Take a Splash Tour amphibious bus to tour Rotterdam.
Day 5:Rotterdam→Schiedam→Delft→Den Haag→Rotterdam
Breakfast at the hotel. "Schiedam": Visit the largest windmill in the world and a jenever (Dutch gin) distillery. Jenever, also known as gin or Dutch gin, was born in the Netherlands as early as 1660. "Delfts blauw": Delft blue porcelain is famous worldwide. The Royal Delft, founded in 1653, is the only surviving Delft blue porcelain factory from the 17th century to the present day. Lunch can be arranged at a restaurant on Delft Square that specializes in Dutch pancakes (pannenkoek). This restaurant has hosted former US President Clinton and his wife. "The Hague": Tour the world-renowned Mauritshuis art museum and Madurodam, where you will tour the entire Netherlands in just over an hour
Day 6:Rotterdam→Gouda→Utrecht→Amsterdam→Airport
Breakfast at the hotel. "Gouda": The cheese here is world-famous, with 60% of Dutch cheese being produced here. There is also a chance to encounter the traditional cheese market trading day in the market square (note: traditional cheese market trading day is held every Thursday morning from April to August each year). "Utrecht": Visit Miffy's House, the birthplace of the Miffy character created by Dutch cartoonist Dick Bruna in 1955. "Amsterdam": Known as the diamond capital, Amsterdam's diamond polishing craftsmanship is unmatched worldwide. You can arrange to visit the 175-year-old Royal Coster Diamonds, which is the only diamond factory that has been used by the Dutch royal family. After the tour, drive straight to Schiphol Airport. End of the journey.
